At minimum we normally post orders each Thursday (place your order by noon to ensure despatch that day), but we will post more frequently as demand requires. Contact us before you place your order if it is urgently required. We are in a rural location and our local post office is only open on a Thursday; at other times we have to transport mail to our nearest town. There may be delays if we are away on expedition so we cannot guarantee despatch times unless you contact us first (a lack of reply indicates we are away).

Important note for EU Customers

On 1 July 2021 tax exemptions ceased to apply to low value items posted from the UK to the EU, requiring payment of VAT (potentially plus a handling fee). No VAT is applied to publications in the UK: no tax is paid when you place an order on our website, therefore, but it will be due to be paid in your country at whatever local rate is applicable. If you order any item for delivery to the EU, it will be posted 'tax-excluded' and you must accept that a charge may be made on delivery. If you do not accept that these charges will apply on delivery, please do not place your order.
